Dim sum in Manhattan Chinatown
These three menus give useful comparisons within walking distance of the East Broadway and Doyers Street area. Choose between a single familiar dish, a sampler and different bun preparations.
Dim sum in Brooklyn: Sunset Park or Bay Ridge?
Park Asia and East Harbor are in Sunset Park. E Noodle is farther south in Bay Ridge. Use the exact address when comparing travel plans rather than treating all three as one neighbourhood.
Six addresses, three ways to order
The entries cover Chinatown, Sunset Park and Bay Ridge. Menu ordering, made-to-order preparation and cart service are different details: a restaurant can have an item menu without using carts.

Build a first order around three different formats
- One dumpling order: compare har gow with siu mai using the stated filling.
- One bun order: choose steamed or baked char siu bao.
- One rice-roll order: check whether it is plain, filled or wok-fried.
- Then check the count: four dumplings and three rice rolls are different order formats; neither establishes serving weight.
Dim Sum Go Go provides counts for several dishes, while Nom Wah's PDF leaves counts unstated. That difference helps plan an order; it does not prove which restaurant gives a larger meal.
